Due to the nature of digital services, once a resident has accessed the premium features of the MySociety.pk app, the monthly subscription fee is generally non-refundable.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription if the user has not utilized any premium features (e.g., generated a gatepass or posted on the feed) and is unsatisfied with the interface.
If a payment is processed but features are not activated due to a technical error, a full refund or manual activation will be provided upon verification.
